No, we do not provide on site welding services.
Yes, welded steel can rust over time when exposed to moisture and air, especially outdoors. To prevent this, we apply protective coatings like paint, powder coating, or galvanization. For exterior projects, aluminum is often a better choice — it’s naturally corrosion-resistant and built to withstand the elements without rusting.
In many cases, we can repair steel components effectively. That said—if it’s just an umbrella rod, probably not. We’ll assess the damage and let you know honestly whether a repair is possible or if replacement makes more sense for safety, cost, or durability.
Timelines vary depending on the scope, but most projects take between 2 to 6 weeks from design approval to completion. We’ll give you a clear timeline during the estimate phase.
